Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
• Orders already dispatched by the courier partner cannot be cancelled.
